At Sidom Doors, we are committed to providing high-quality doors and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Custom-made or personalized doors cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized doors with engravings, logos, or specific design modifications.

Doors that have been installed, used, or modified.

Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide photographic evidence of any defects or damages.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for custom orders.
